It will be fixed free of charge and sent back to you.   An item that has been damaged due to improper care will not be refunded.   Sterling silver and solid copper will tarnish if left out in the elements. To preserve your jewelry, store in a plastic bag or use other means to keep from the elements. Store and wear your jewelry with care. The stones may break if dropped.
